Welcome to BulkPublish

BulkPublish lets you compose once and publish everywhere — schedule and post to all your social channels from a single place. What you can do - Connect multiple channels — Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Mastodon, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram. - Compose & publish to several channels at once, with per-channel tweaks. - Schedule posts and manage them on a calendar. - Bulk Compose dozens of posts in one go. - Repeat evergreen content on a recurring schedule. - Track analytics across your connected accounts. Your first 5 minutes 1. Connect your first channel. 2. Create and publish a post. 3. Schedule content with the calendar. Need a hand? Connect your first channel

Before you can publish, connect at least one social account. 1. Open Channels in the left sidebar (or go to app.bulkpublish.com/channels). 2. Click Add channel and pick the platform you want. 3. You'll be sent to that platform to authorize BulkPublish. Sign in and approve the requested permissions. 4. You're redirected back, and the channel appears in your list — ready to post. Tips - You can connect multiple accounts per platform (e.g. several Facebook Pages). - Permissions are required so we can publish on your behalf and read basic analytics. We never post without your action. - Some platforms (like LinkedIn Pages) use a separate connection from personal profiles — just add each one you need.

Create and publish your first post

1. Click Compose (top of the sidebar). 2. Select the channels you want to post to. 3. Write your caption. You can add images or video from your computer or the media library. 4. Preview how it looks per platform, and make per-channel tweaks if needed. 5. Click Publish now to post immediately, or Schedule to pick a date and time. That's it — published posts show up in your Overview and on the Calendar. Tip: the ✨ AI assistant can help write or rephrase a caption while you compose.

Schedule posts and use the calendar

Instead of Publish now, choose Schedule while composing and pick a date and time. Scheduled posts publish automatically. - Open Calendar in the sidebar to see everything that's planned and published. - Click any scheduled post to edit, reschedule, or delete it before it goes out. - Times use your account's time zone — double-check it in Settings if your posts land at unexpected hours.
