Supported platforms

BulkPublish currently supports 15 publishing platforms: - Facebook - Instagram - X (Twitter) - TikTok - YouTube - Threads - Bluesky - Pinterest - Google Business Profile - LinkedIn - Mastodon - Discord - Telegram - Tumblr - Snapchat Each platform has its own rules for media (image/video sizes, counts) and post types — the composer guides you and flags anything a platform won't accept before you publish.

Connecting a channel

Most channels connect with a one-click authorization: 1. Channels → Add channel → choose the platform. 2. Approve the requested permissions on that platform. 3. The channel returns to your list, connected. A few platforms work a little differently: - Bluesky uses your handle plus an app password (created in your Bluesky settings). - Telegram uses a bot token from @BotFather plus your chat ID. - Discord posts through a bot added to your server. If a connection fails, try again and make sure you grant all requested permissions — partial permissions can break publishing.

Reconnect a disconnected channel

Social platforms expire access tokens periodically (or when you change your password or revoke access). When that happens, the channel is flagged as needs reconnect and its posts will fail until you fix it. To reconnect: 1. Go to Channels. 2. Find the channel marked needs reconnect / expired. 3. Click Reconnect and re-authorize on the platform. After reconnecting, retry any failed posts from the Calendar or post's detail view. If a channel keeps disconnecting, revoke BulkPublish in the platform's app settings and connect it fresh.
