If a post shows as failed, it's usually one of these:
- Channel needs reconnecting — the platform's access expired. Reconnect the channel and retry.
- Media not accepted — the image/video doesn't meet that platform's requirements (size, dimensions, length, or count). Adjust and retry.
- Caption rules — some platforms limit length, hashtags, or links. The composer flags most of these before publishing.
- Platform outage or rate limit — occasionally a network is temporarily unavailable; retrying later usually works.
Open the failed post to see the exact error message, fix the cause, and click Retry.
