The Media Library stores the images and videos you upload so you can reuse them across posts.
- Upload from the composer or directly in Media Library.
- Large images are optimized automatically; the composer checks each file against the target platform's limits.
- Reuse any asset in a new post without re-uploading.
If a video or image is rejected, check the platform's requirements (dimensions, aspect ratio, length, file size) — these vary by network and the composer will tell you what's wrong.
